Concordia Lutheran Schools of Omaha  Zion Lutheran Church along with 16 other Lutheran congregations operates an Elementary and a Junior/Senior High School in Omaha. The Elementary school - Concordia Academy - is located near 108th & West Center. Concordia Junior/Senior High School is located at 156th and Fort, just one mile south and one mile west of Zion.

Walking Together Lutheran Ministries is a shared ministry of Omaha Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LCMS) congregations.  Walking Together Lutheran Ministries mission is to gather people together to grow in Christ, address human need, and share the Hope of the Gospel.  WTLM holds events throughout the year like Rake it Out and Faith and Family Night at Rosenblatt Stadium to accomplish their mission.

Boy Scout 412 / Cub Scout Pack 412 - Zion Lutheran Church sponsors the Boy Scouts (ages 11 to 18) and Cub Scouts (ages 7 to 10) of Troop and Pack 412.  The Boy Scout Troop and Pack meet at the church regularly.
